We at NuPay regard our merchants as more than clients, we consider them to be friends and family. Over the last few months, amid the COVID-19 pandemic, we learned to adjust to ensure that our merchants still receive the best possible service while also keeping them safe.
Our team has been working tirelessly to put procedures in place to aid in this endeavour and we are proud to share the following statement from our Logistics team with you:
“Your safety is important to us during these trying times. It is for this reason that we are doing all we can to ensure that all our terminals are thoroughly cleaned before they are dispatched to you.
Our terminal cleaning procedure is already thorough; however, we are taking extra time to clean and disinfect every terminal before it leaves our premises. Our dedicated team of Field Service Technicians also wipe and disinfect terminals with anti-bacterial wipes and sanitizing devices before dispatching terminals to your business.
